If i don't eat the meal how long will it last in the fridge? It will last up to two days. If it is delivered on a Wednesday best to consume it by the end of friday. 

Are the meals suitable for freezing? All meals can be frozen on the day they are received.

What do i do if i am unsatisfied with the food? Customer service is very important to us please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so we can help you and resolve the issue immediately.

How can I find out the calorie content of each meal? All our meals are designed to come in at under 500 calories including the starter and main. Please contac t us for specific nutritional info.

Can I swap elements of the meal if I don't like them? Please don't hesitate to contact us if you are adverse to any particular ingredient so that we can try and oblige. Alternatively you can leave a note on your order and we will take any requests or requirements into consideration.
