Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this website and placing an order with us you are agreeing to the conditions that appear below.

Refunds
Once the order is placed all our food is tailor made specifically for you so we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note the majority of our meals are suitable for freezing in their packaging so can be popped in the freezer and enjoyed at a later date.

However, If anything is unsatisfactory it is really important that we hear from you so that we can put it right as quickly as possible! Just send us an email gingrkitchen@mail.com and we will look into it straight away for you.

All allergens are listed clearly on every item. If you have any questions do not hesitate to email us gingrkitchen@mail.com.

We regret to inform that we are unable to deliver to those who have allergies that result in anaplylactic shock. All our meals are made in a kitchen that contains nuts. In ordering from us you represent that you do not have a nut allergy and you acknowledge that we cannot be responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredient.
